Tranquil moments....

Now that the babyroom is back in full swing with 4 infants and just myself to tend to all their needs and desires I am happy to say there are no longer any boring moments. Naptime is just a silly thing dreams are made of, mealtime is a crazy, messy "I'm the HUNGRIEST feed me first" verbal boxing match between all the little mouths that want fed. :) The days go by quicker, I have a larger audience for my puppet shows and Karaoke practicing (sorry Erin, I have to practice with songs like wheels on the bus, and Twinkle Twinkle little star) there's more dishes, but more hugs, more crying, but also more giggles, but getting back into the hang of it all is tough so I treated myself to a little quiet moment on my lunch break with a JavaChip Frap, my book " The last Lecture" and a little sunshine that decided to grace us with its presence today....
ahhhh, what a nice day

Finding some quiet time in your life, I think, is hugely important

  1. Stopping by from another blog we both read!

That frappaccino (I can never spell that word correctly, so I'm going to revert to your "frap" abbreviation!) and the book look like heaven. I need a day like that-- or even 15 minutes like that-- soon.

  2. Thank you Elizabeth for your comment! That was nice of you to stop by my blog. Yes it was a little slice of Heaven on earth, even if my lunch break is only 30 minutes long....
