Today I got off early so we got all the chores and errands done before Triston got out of school. Once home, Triston and I settled in on the couch with 5 or 6 episodes of "I Shouldn't be alive" on the DVR.... Now I can hear the backlash now from the people who would balk at the thought of allowing and condoning over 5 hrs of TV being consumed in one sitting, but it was just one of those lazy days that begged for a snuggle on the couch kind of activity with not much brain function needed...
The thing about that show is its actually educational as well, so if Triston and I ever get caught in a snow storm, stranded in the desert, lost in a rain forest, surrounded by sharks in the middle of the ocean, or fall down a ravine and get wedged between some rocks, we will know what to do.... There's my justification :)
