My little apprentice

Garrett and I have fun in the babyroom, and one day when I brought my camera, he was very intrigued with it and wanted to use it. Being that he is only 16 months, I decided against that, but found the little Fisher-Price camera that appears to be from about the 1970's era that we have in the babyroom.

At first he didn't get the connection, that what I held and what he held were essentially the same thing ;) He put it on his head

Then I told him to put it on his eye, he merely tried to point to his eye, thinking I was asking him where his eye was. Too cute!

Then he made the connection between our two toys and it was no stopping him. I even got him to say some resemblance of "cheese" while holding it up and snapping his "photos". Someday he may just be a world renowned photographer and I can say "I taught him all that he knows" HAHA :)
"A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove . . . . but the world maybe different because I was important in the life of a child."
