Back to school......

This morning Triddy had to take his California Relief Map back to school. It turned out pretty good if you ask me! I remember making one of these wen I was in school!

And then he brought home this "I am most thankful for....." list... so sweet, he filled it top to bottom.

First on the list, his family

then friends, pets, nature, a house, Thanksgiving, America, snow and rain, parents, school, angels, God, church, California, life, electricity, water, trees, air, and stars in the sky!!!

Such a sweet boy!

Happy Birthday to Aaron

Went to Guadalajara tonight for Aaron's birthday, He had this amazing Pirate cake!

Then we went back to Aaron and Jolene's with the Van Aukens and played Apples to Apples. Good times.. Thanks for the invite guys!

Thanksgiving, day 2

We celebrate Thanksgiving at my parents another day during the vacation weekend. We had Tri Tip and great side dishes, and then roasted marshmellows over the fire

Most thankful for.........

This is my newest nephew who was thoroughly enjoying his whip cream treat!

Thanksgiving day. A day to look back and reflect on the things in our life we are thankful for.... God, Family, Friends, Health, a job, a home (three families in the Redding area lost theirs today in thanksgiving day fires and my heart goes out to them. I cannot even imagine...)

Mommy will you play with me....

I think I hear this about 20 times a day from Triston. He loves to play all kinds of games. We have so many board games, and video games too. Tonight we played  "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader" on the Wii. I actually like this game because I know some of the answers :) Plus its fun to see what Triston has learned already...

Today I got off early and came home to get all my photography stuff cleaned, tested and ready for picture day at my work next week. This is just a shot I took using my studio set-up. Looks like everything is all in working order :)

Thankful

Today I am thankful for Bryony because she worked so hard this weekend to get the room back together after new carpet (and I forgot it was even happening....)  I am also thankful for some awesome families who appreciate all we do with their kiddos, and brought us sweets and starbucks coffee this morning!!!!

I Didnt have my camera today, so I had to take this with my Cell phone, and didnt realize it was blurry till I got home and loaded it onto my computer.... :(

Operation Christmas Child

Every year we participate in  Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes thru the church. The kids like picking out items for the boxes and getting them all put together for less fortunate kids around the world.

Final get together for 2010 SJW football

Tonight was the awards banquet for all 5 divisions of the SJW football 2010 season. The banquet was held at the Elks Lodge and I think there was about 700 people there.... Or so it seemed..... It was loud HOT and fun!

Yesterday was a rough day with Triston. It started out good, played some board games... He got to go to the movies with Grandma..... But something was just off and he went thru the day getting into constant trouble for his choices and actions..... at bedtime, he asked me to wait a few extra minutes while he did something.

      Then he gave me this......

"I love you from Triston. See you in the morning"

Lazy dayz.....

I love lazy days... Working on photos from yesterdays wedding, and taking a little time to play some games with my Boo :)

My last wedding of the year

Today marked the last wedding of 2010 for me. A sigh of relief that things are winding down for a while, just family portraits and School pix at my work is all I have left in for this year.

This was such a beautiful wedding, the fall colors had just come in so the backdrop was amazing!

He has something wrong with him, I think he's dying..... He's lost weight and walks around like he's on drugs or something.....
